For over 15 years, I worked in the world of technology—succeeding on every front, but quietly craving something more soulful. This business is also for my three small children. I want to show them not just how to build something, but how to live something. Not just “teach them to fish,” as the old saying goes—but teach them to stop, pick the flowers, and taste the gelato. Zio Loves is a family story in motion.

Ok, But Who is Zio?

....I can’t take credit for the name—that came from my husband, inspired by a beloved family friend with an appetite for life and Italian food—it instantly felt right. “Zio” means uncle in Italian, but in our world, it means someone who brings joy, warmth, and a sense of belonging.
